Resignation

Any member wishing to resign shall give to the Secretary one month’s notice, and shall cease
to be a member at the termi nation of such notice which shall be in writing, but shall liable or
subscriptions or any other amounts due by him to the Association up to date of expiration of
such notice, and thereafter shall have no claim to the funds, privileges or property of the
As sociation, and shall not be entitled to any refund of any subscription paid by him or any
part thereof.
