Subscriptions

The amount of the entrance fee and annual subscription to be paid by the members shall be determined by the Association in General Meeti ng from year to year.

The annual subscription payable to the Association shall be due in advance by the 1st January of each year and payable within thirty days from such date.

Subject to the sanction 2/3 rd majority present at a General Meeting the Association may levy a determined amount, in addition to the annual subscription for the purpose of meeting special or extraordinary expense or expenses which may in the future be incurred in connection with the A ssociation’s Objects and/or interests: provided that the intention to purpose such levy or additional subscription shall be cited in the notice calling for such General Meeting.

When membership is granted to an applicant after the expiration of the first s ix months of any year of the Association, he shall pay half the annual subscription and all levies for the current calendar year.

If any annual subscription or levy be not paid within the prescribed time, the Secretary shall address a registered letter to the member requesting payment and, if payment is not within one month of the date of such letter, his membership of the Association may, at the discretion of the Executive Committee, cease.

If any member be excluded under (e) above he may at the discretion of the Executive Committee be again admitted to membership, provided that all arrears subscriptions and/or levies be fully paid up that he shall, in addition, pay a re joining fee of $50,00.
